CSR happens when a business takes responsibility for society, which includes people  and the environment in which it functions. This done through attempting to improve and support the environment.

At Maragon we are proud of our efforts in the following programmes:

• Our continued involvement in assisting the Roodepoort Sentrum vir Bejaardes in their endeavours to improve safety of the people in their care.
• Our weekly visits from the Zandspruit community to our computer centre.
• The beginning of a vegetable garden which would eventually develop into a feeding scheme for underprivileged children.
• Our continued charity drives for various organisations.
• Annual invitation to various organisations to attend a Revue performance as well as the Grade 10 Kersete.
