Please take note of the following:

Due to teacher’s educational commitments after school hours, we would appreciate parents taking responsibility for their children’s activities. These activities are private extra-murals and do not form part of our school curriculum, although it contributes to a child’s development.

It is advisable that you enroll your child in a maximum of 2 activities at this age as they also need time to enjoy a free afternoon.
-
Mark clothing shoes and / or equipment where applicable. Please make sure that your child participates in the correct attire. The wearing of sun hats is compulsory for all outdoor activities.

Instructors / coaches will collect Aftercare children and take them back to the Aftercare centre.

Instructors / coaches will keep a register of attendance.

Please contact the instructors/coaches directly should you have a query.

Payments must be made directly to the coaches. We do not handle any form of payment to coaches.

Cancellations of lessons or postponement thereof will be communicated to parents directly from the coaches.

Coaches /instructors are contractually bound to Maragon Private School. While on Maragon premises all coaches / instructors must adhere to Maragon School Policy with regards to discipline, use of venue and the possible change of times and venues. Maragon school activities take preference at all times.
