Loanni Leontiou participated at the National Championships for red belts and received a silver medal.
Dante de Wit went to Karate trials on 12 March 2011 to qualify for Nationals. He received a gold medal for kata and kumite on that day and then qualified for Nationals which was held on 14th of May. At Nationals he took silver for kata and silver for kumite and is now ranked nr 2 in South Africa for age group 10 to 11 years. He was also then selected for the SA National team to represent SA in September at Cape Town against Namibia as well as for the SA National team touring to Cancun, Mexico in 2012. He therefore received his Protea colours.
