The first ever Maragon Private Schools Parent Teachers Association (PTA) was formed in August 2010 and the Executive Committee was elected. The PTA is dedicated to ensuring that all Maragon learners receive an optimal educational experience at Maragon Private Schools, through a collaborative relationship between parents and teachers for the good of the children and for the good of the Schools. |

Their mission statement is: “Transparently fostering goodwill and serving the Maragon community” and their slogan is “Organise, Support, Succeed”.
As an Association they aim to contribute to the development and improvement of all aspects of school life - academic, moral values, sports, culture, extracurricular activities, equipment and organisation. The PTA’s objectives include: uniting parents, teachers and learners, encouraging a spirit of mutual goodwill, loyalty, fellowship and co-operation; enabling good communication between the Maragon Community; raising funds to benefit the learners collectively; displaying complete transparency in all matters affecting parents, teachers and learners of the Schools; and communicating a positive image of the Schools, internally and to the wider community.
