ENROLMENT - DEBTOR POLICY

All monthly school/after care fees and levies ARE PAYABLE IN ADVANCE, ON OR BEFORE THE 4TH OF EACH MONTH. Please note that all fees are calculated over a 11 month period (January – November).
A paid (THREE) CALENDER MONTH’S NOTICE must be given in writing before a pupil leaves Maragon Private Schools Ruimsig (Pty) Ltd.
January 2012 fees are payable on the 4th of January despite the January statement only being issued in February 2012.
Monthly interest (prime plus 5%) will be levied on all accounts that are in arrears.
It is company policy that all evictions will be handed over for legal recourse which will include black-listing.
The following administration fees are applicable:
- Returned Debit Order / RD Cheques: R150.00
- Final Reminder: No Cost
- Final Demand: R200.00
- Eviction Letter: R250.00

Please contact the finance office pro-actively should any lapse of payment be expected, in pursuit of an amicable and constructive solution.
